Ms. Hennessy is a Vice President of the PNC Financial Services Group and the Senior Philanthropy Resident of the PNC Center for Financial Insight. Ms. Hennessy provides thought leadership on philanthropic and charitable giving matters. She specializes in advising both high-net-worth families and nonprofit institutions on strategic philanthropy and provides actionable strategies on philanthropic, grant making, foundation management and fiduciary governance issues. Her career spans twenty-five years in foundation management and the financial services industry. Earlier in her career, Ms. Hennessy served for eight years as the Director of Programming and Compliance of the For All Kids Foundation. She is the author of numerous articles on philanthropy and charitable giving and has been interviewed by Barron’s on various charitable giving topics. Ms. Hennessy is a graduate of Providence College. She is a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® and a board member of the New Jersey Council of Charitable Gift Planners.
