10 Principles for Gift Planning Program Success:
Practical Application of CGP’s National Standards for Gift Planning Success
“The Gift Planning Standards (GPS) are a foundational part of where we’re heading as the National Association of Charitable Gift Planners. They have already brought visibility and recognition to CGP, including Planned Giving Today devoting its entire July 2021 issue to the Standards. These 16 Standards are core to CGP’s identity. Things we’re working on include integrating the Standards into metrics and CRMs, as well as continuing to use them as an educational tool.”
– Nathan Stelter, 2023 CGP National Chair
In late 2020, the National Association of Charitable Gift Planners adopted National Standards for Gift Planning Success (NSGPS).
